Three photographic research projects are currently in development with staff in the School of Art & Design at the University of Gloucestershire in collaboration with the India Habitat Centre, Delhi. Time Lapse is a group exhibition developed by photographer Trudie Ballantyne and photography theorist Dr. Sharon Harper that will represent the diversity of practice amongst the nationally and internationally recognised photographers based at the University, and explore the nature of time both in terms of memory and of perception. Country Garden/Garden City is a collaboration between photographer Tony Clancy and writer Anita Roy. This project examines the role of the garden in urban environments and will transpose images of Indian and British gardens into sites on the Delhi underground. Settlements is a joint project being undertaken by Kim Furrokh and Anthony Lam that will work with migrant communities in Delhi settlements to consider narratives of identity and belonging.
